Apparently souls want to be warmed with thick, hearty, heavy, creamy goodness. Who doesn't appreciate a peasant stew in January? New Zealanders, that's who. For our friends in the Southern Hemisphere, try serving this type of recipe in July.

Southwesty Recipes

New Mexican, Mexican, Tex-Mex - they aren't the same thing people. I love and appreciate them all. From queso in Texas, to green chile stew in New Mexico, to regional moles from Mexico it's hard to go wrong.
